Ordered the jacket in a small and it was a little snug so I re-ordered it and got the Medium. The exchange process was easy and I am so happy with the exchange - the Medium fits perfectly. I love the style of the jacket and the fit is perfect. I would definitely order from this company again. When I sent an email about the expected delivery date, I got a prompt response. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and the jacket itself.
